You do not have to “Clean for the cleaning lady,” but you must pick up toys, clutter, money, and whatever else is on your floors or countertops. Wash your dishes and clean up food messes so your maid can focus on giving your house the thorough cleaning attention it deserves.

We typically schedule cleanings between 8 AM and 2 PM Monday through Friday and between 10 AM and 12:30 PM Saturday. We will provide an estimated arrival time, and our teams will try their best to arrive on time. We will let you know if we are running behind or ahead of schedule.

If accurate information is not given regarding the size and condition of the property, Sigma Maids and its staff have the right to modify the rates as needed or reschedule the job upon their arrival. Sigma Maids reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

Payment is due at the time of service. Your credit card on file will be charged after the cleaning is complete. 

Sigma Maids charges $1.50 per mile for customers whose homes are over 35 miles away from Johnson County, Kansas.
