Sigma Maids’ cleaners typically do not handle: 

• Fragile or invaluable items.

• Biohazards: Including significant pet accidents, blood, or other bodily fluids. 

• Heavy lifting or rearranging furniture: Moving large items or bulky furniture. 

• Exterior window cleaning: Cleaning the outside of windows and window tracks.

• Deep carpet cleaning: Extensive cleaning beyond basic vacuuming is a service upgrade. 

• Pest infestations

• Mold removal, etc.

• Clean high-up areas that are too hard to reach.
