This service is ideal for owners who want their property maintained intentionally, not just checked on occasionally.

This is not volume-based property management.

As both a real estate professional and a hands-on rental owner, we understand:

Sigma Maids’ property management services are operational in nature and are designed to support property care, presentation, and maintenance. Unless otherwise contracted through a real estate brokerage agreement, we do not provide real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to:

• Advertising properties for lease
• Negotiating rental terms
• Preparing or executing leases
• Collecting rent on behalf of owners

If brokerage services are requested, they are provided separately and in compliance with state licensing laws.

Sarah Goodman is a licensed REALTOR® in Kansas and Missouri with 1st Class Real Estate Kansas City. Property management services are provided independently and are not brokerage services unless expressly agreed to in writing.
